I'm not entirely sure if the song has anything to do with the recent game release, but a dating sim of the same name was just released in the US today (I just picked it up).
The video game itself is very weird and random (much like the video) and all the bathroom scenes would actually correlate with the fact that the save point in the game is the bathroom. I could be completely wrong, but who knows.
