Yeaaah, I messed up the explanation, since the CDL is mainly BEFORE midnight DUH. I've been up all night getting CDL info so.. yeah. ZONING.

23:00 is when the broadcast starts, and it's also when the concert should start but the concert doesn't actually "start" until a bit later.. [not too long..]
Oh, and when the AAAAAAYU AA A A A AYU encore thing goes on, you sit through the WHOOLLLLEE thing. All like, 6 minutes of it.
