The CDL one would've looked better if it were placed lower on her waist, but being so high, it looked strange. :|

If Ayu's hair was long and black / dark brown, and she had bangs, and if she wore some cute heels, I would like the CDL one better LOL
 So yeah....I prefer Kouhaku

wow..i thought its the same dress...i prefer kouhaku...but maybe its too heavy to walk with it, so ayu change it with her CDL 07-08 dress

Maybe I just watch too much Sex & the City or something, but the CDL dress actually looks wearable outside of concert. You would be hard-pressed to find someone wearing something like the Kouhaku dress at a party or something.

anyway, something wrong on the ballet-type of skirt that she wore for CDL one..
did you guys notice something wrong? at the back of the skirt...maybe when Ayu was wearing it quickly, the staff has not yet finished to tidy down the skirt then Ayu should rush to the stage to perform.. know what i mean? maybe i should make a screencap of what i'm trying to say? but overally, i love both styles.. i love the way ayu walking down, she was doing a ballerina walking style..love it just saw the pics on the first page.. the dresses are not looked the same..just the style looked the same..but not with the pattern!!!! i thought that the only different is the skirt..but then, both are not the same...
