Panasonic CM being shot in Venice

I don't think it's the CM shoot.
It's a PV shoots, I think Ayu is going to release a single for celebrating her 10th Anniversary.

It's nice to have PV shoot in Italy, it's boring if in US again.

Maybe. But Panasonic'd make sense too. They could kinda make them around the same time, just not the same area. :O

The reason why I guess it's a PV shoot instead of a CM shoot.
Since Ayu Panasonic CM shoot seldom in outdoors.

And for making a new PV for her single, Italy is a perfect place for photo shoot too. Also a nice place for shopping.

She'll go crazy shopping in Italy particularly during sales season. Her staff will have to drag her away.
