^ are you going again? to either her Japan stops or Asia stops?

anyway, jus wondering if immel's tutorial is applicable to ayu's concert in places like HK or Taiwan??

and i got a feeling that ayu is gonna perform more than once in a city SINCE ayu said that it's a pity to perform only once in each asian city last yr.

Well, all the locations mentioned in my guide is all related to Japan... but of course it's valid for any concert anywhere in the world. If you generalize the guide it's basically saying:

Get flight tickets!
Book hotel!
If you want concert tickets from a venue in another country, look at auction pages or find a reseller! (As long as you can find the tickets on for example eBay/yahoo or any other auction page, buy them and go!).

I don't know if it's as common with ticket resellers/scalpers in other east Asian countries.

^ lol. then u might as well write the above as ur tutorial.

if i wanna go to japan, i dont really trust ticket resellers. cos its like u are going to Japan, not knowing whether there is a ticket available for you. you are jus trying ur luck. and it can be the worst seats.. so... its a bit risky if u understand.

that's why i have been trying to find out if there is another possible way to get tickets other than ticket resellers..

There's a really thorough guide for how to use various auction services in the tutorial. All the alternatives are right there, in the first post. There are no other ways to get the tickets available .

Hey, Jin. I just checked their website again today (I've been without a computer for a little while because it crashed), and when searching for a flight from June 4th to June 18th, it finally came up with results:

I didn't really know what any of that meant, except the $880~ was highlighted, I assume because the departure date matched mine. So I scrolled to the bottom and it looks like this:
So, I don't really get it. I do see that the fuel surcharge plus tax adds about $200-250, though. But I don't really understand how to read all of this, as I've never flown anywhere by myself before, so I've never bought tickets.
Anyway, $880 plus 250 (to be safe) is $1,130. At the homepage, though, it didn't ask me how many people were traveling, so I assume that's the price for one ticket.

Yes for the period u want to travel (in June) its 880 without taxes and fuel surchage (so around $1.1k). But as you can see, there are plenty of "unavailable" quotes which may be cheaper. I would definitely call and inquire about the other airlines.

Ughhh and 700 R/T for march (spring break).....is very tempting...

Okie dokie, thanks. What does TBC stand for? And is the "ASK" telling me to call and ask, or does that stand for something as well? Obviously, I only understood the numbers (prices) ones, which were in the minority, and $880~ was the cheapest listed, haha.

edit: Actually, I just called the Atlanta office because I wanted to see if there was anything cheaper yet. She picked up and spoke japanese (all I made out was a final "arigatou gozaimasu!", haha. I have very bad japanese skills right now), just like you mentioned. I asked if she spoke English and then told her I was trying to see if I could afford a trip to Japan - once she heard my departure date though she said it was too far ahead. For some reason (I assume because I was a little nervous, doing all this for the first time of course), I didn't mention that I had just looked at their website and it lists some deals for my date. I just said "okay" and thanked her for her time, because she had told me to call back about 2 months before the departure date, at the end of march. So, what do you think?
I guess right now, our trip plans are kind of on hold - because we won't know if we can afford the most expensive part - flight tickets. And until we know the complete and total cost of the tickets (with fuel surcharge and tax), I guess we won't know if we're going or not.

I got it through FDJP. They only told me my ticket is an arena A block one, they won't tell me anything about the row until they ship it to me, but that's good enough for me for that price and day. Counting comission and shipping, I paid 62000 yen.

I'm not sure yet if I'm going to buy tickets from an auction this time. Depends if some good tickets might appear. I'm considering buying them from the reseller shops, because I'll be going to one of the 2 first concerts, and I would still need to get the tickets here in time, as I would probably use akibado again, and they're not very fast. But I'll see

And I'll also be going to the X-Japan concert and probably also one of the GazettE, so I'll need to spread my money a bit, not to get too expensive tickets

FDJP has now shipped my tickets.
My seats will be:
ARENA
row:32
No.1&No.2

Hmm.. I know you hate this kind of questions, but can someone say where are those? (roughly)
Which block, are they in the side (referring to 1&2) etc.
I'm so curious and would like to be prepared.

Now I only have to hope those tickets will arrive here and I have to get flight tickets, but that is easy part, I think.

And thanks to immel and others for making this guide. Have helped a lot and gave hope in going to see the concert.
