I think after this...people will know her more....well, yea...
And there is a lot of saying with Ayu with deaf and compared to other deaf musicians/composers...so i guess, they really think Ayu is strong (yes she is).

Well I do agree that Ayu is very strong to go forward with what she really loves doing, and I definitely admire her more for it...I just think it's a little strange that the media in other countries, besides Asian countries where she is super famous and well-known, would report this news. Is she well-known in Poland? I'm not sure, I know quite a few people know who Ayu is here in the US.

It's not like HamaZaki is TOTALLY wrong to begin with. I mean people quite often pronounce foreign names wrong. There're like hundreds of cases. I have heard weird variations of Polish names - and I also mean those easy ones. So I don't really understand that "Oh no, they said HamaZaki" talk.

Exactly. Plus that was her real spelling of the name in the past, I think for her film appearances. She was known as "Hamazaki", but then she changed it to "Hamasaki" because she liked it better(Start of her singing career).

I wish they would put her on TV in the states! The states suck

No, her last name has always been pronounced "Hamasaki"

I think that person meant she spelled it with the Z... I definitely heard that before.

I'm honestly surprised to see how far this news of Ayu's condition has spread.
