I think it means that on the actual disc(not case), there is a picture printed on it. For example, ayumi's Free&Easy single, first press had a picture of her on the disc, whereas second press only had the words Free&Easy printed onto it.

There's actually a picture on the CD itself rather than just a design.

reg the Sakura photoshoot - I still wish she would revert back to her YES era days . The pics back then looked great . I don't like her in the whole bang looks , made her looked really & unusually old .
