It has lyrics (dumb ones, but intelligence in lyrics is not a basic need in order to call a song a song), it has a composition and it has arrangements. A melody flows there, which basically makes it a song.

The fact that Catcher in the Light is 20 seconds longer pretty much explains it all. Boku Wa Kuma is more of an interlude, the way I see it.
