er hello it's just a preview of Believe you have heard , if it's the full song then I can understand & for the record they CAN sing

But I have heard nothing about their release,
Except just from that one livejournal site posted here.
Even CDJapan or the others don't have it for pre-order,
And that's so weird...

TVLife magazine reported on the release date of Believe last month before Christmas I believe on the release of Believe so blame avex for being short sighted on this

They have 2 singles up for release this year with Believe being the 1st one followed by away

It's possible that ARASHI is just not releasing anymore on 2/25. (Maybe the week after WOO) If anyone's going to know what's being released when, it'll be avex. Just because we have access to a bit of information like this doesn't say anything about avex "not reading up on it" because really, it's safest to assume that avex probably knows MUCH more than we do.

And it isn't in their website too when I checked.
I dont think its being released then, because those stores and websites would be updated to know this in advance.
Even KAT-TUN's single is available for preorder, and just being released about 1 and a half week before the supposed date of Arashi.

It looks like Avex really wants to see who will come out on top:

actually I should be the 1 to apologise to you because I was a little on edge earlier on & like what truehappiness & other people have pointed out , Believe wasn't listed to be preordered yet so I probably am wrong to say that it might be out on 25th as I never know whether JStorm will cancel it or go according to as planned

& frankly I don't think it's fair to judge a song based on the preview alone as it's just way too short at 18 secs

You serious??? Those are 4 huge female names. All of which have had #1 streaks at one point and I'm sure would still like to get another #1. Geez, that's gotta be really rough on all of them. I mean...Ayu still sells the most out of all of them (I think), but they're all really big. And the fact that there are 4 major artists releasing on the same day probably means that the sales are going to be fewer for all of them. Think about it: say those are 4 of your favorite artists. But you only have enough money to buy 2 singles. So you have to pick 2 when you normally would have bought all 4.

You know...that'd be a really smart marketing move if they ever wanted a sure #1 for any album or single. Make a PV but ONLY release it in the limited editions that would only be sold for 1-2 weeks. That would make people go out and buy them earlier if they were on the fence about buying it. Because then you'd be thinking, "I'm not sure if I want to buy it or not, but I'd only want it if I could get both PVs. Damn, I guess that means I have to buy it now."

You know...that'd be a really smart marketing move if they ever wanted a sure #1 for any album or single. Make a PV but ONLY release it in the limited editions that would only be sold for 1-2 weeks. That would make people go out and buy them earlier if they were on the fence about buying it. Not really.
Their only single on top 100 of 2008 (mata ne feat. rufi zoro) sold 46,055 in total.
ayu's singles sell that in 1-2 days.
Looking at those things ayu's state saleswise is excellent at least.

ayu won't have any competition on that week. (Unless if there will be a surprise or something).

nah I doubt otsuka will be much threat because she hasn't gotten a #1 single since '07's PEACH / HEART
