^ according to livedoor (the link you posted) it was posted on 2008 April 28 09. I think that if it was proven true, something of all the things you've posted would've happened by now, as of course that did make sense. But as I previously said, one can't really assume they were in a relationship based on that photo or based on just what someone said. I am not saying that Matsuura and Ayu aren't on the photo, just that the photo looks as if they were having fun and not really as if they were having an intimate moment.
Even if they were in any kind of unprofessional relationship that would mean Ayu was cheating on Tomoya Nagase as I am pretty sure they started dating a couple of years before they even announced they're together in 2001 (they didn't wait 8 years since meeting each other?) and I really doubt that was ever the case
