that's because they have nowhere to drop! (*ack*!!! i just jinxed the next single. sorry, Ayu) but anyway, i'm naively hopeful that Ayu's name still carries a certain weight that will ensure her a few more #1's. normally, sales wouldn't concern me so much, but i really want her to have that record. not that she doesn't have quite a bit of bragging rights already.

Sunrise/Sunset ~LOVE is ALL~ is #1 weekly with 75,000 copies sold (talkin' 2 myself first week - 70,325).
ayu has 44 top 10 singles, 33 #1 singles and 21 consecutive #1 singles.
I think it also says that she has more top 10 singles than SMAP, ZARD and B'z.

Well it sold more than Talkin' 2 Myself (which I thought was a great single...)
So that's good. The sales will probably stop after about 115,000 copies...maybe a bit more.
Unless that Dandy Daddy? Dorama keeps the songs charting.

Interesting sales. Yet again, Ayu's sold another #1 single, and like a couple of other singles, hers was not #1 the entire week...

At least she got #1 weekly again. Her record continues, even if sales aren't as high as expected. There are always future singles to look forward to, anyways.

Then on AT2010 he asked me to marry him. He was such a sweet. And Ayu gave us our blessings. She was also such a sweet. Now me and Maro are such a sweets together. Aaaw, how time flies.

and i'm pretty sure it says that ayu is beating smap, zard, etc. because she has 44 and they have 43

Her sales didn't drop dramatically after all!

At least she still makes quality music... that's the only thing that matters
I mean, Boys & Girls was a million-seller but was terrible (for me) compared to JEWEL, for instance
