I always figured it was supposed to be slang along the lines of "bring it down now"...something that in the 90s may have been said to ask people to join in..... that's not based on anything other than me reading it in a silly rapper voice in my head....
 I've tried to audio transcribe it but I don't think it's working....I got to about 3 1/2 minutes in before I felt totally hopeless  Spoiler:
I haven't checked it or anything yet....but before I try and finish I want to know if I'm hearing the same things as you guys....the guys' lines are in brackets

That would be so much more useful than trying to transcribe the audio...it's a very noisy song so I can't really hear everything clearly. I only have scans of the single that's got no lyrics....d'oh!
The English is pretty cute though...even if Ayu sounds like a 3yr old... Tonight I'll tackle the rest and do a second check...maybe if I convert it to hiragana I can pop it through Google Translate xD

Earlier this year there was a person selling lots of Ayu CDs and had the original NfN album, I think it went for over $250 in the end....I can't justify that much for one CD! xDD
