I'm just surprised they didn't announce them in the first round to drive up the hype some more.

They probably are aware that people expect to see them there.

I can definitely see avex holding them up until the 4th or 5th reveal just to make Toho fans wet their pants.

Or perhaps they are unsure if the group will still be together in August?

Sounds like fun!! Can't wait for Ayu.
