Do you prefer a remix over an original mix?

Have yet to hear an Ayu remix that I liked (let alone more than the original). Then again, I'm not a remix person so I haven't listen to a lot of her remixes yet (though I have MS Classical and a couple of the Ayu trances sitting unlistened to on my laptop, lol).

I think the only cases when I prefer a remix over an original (for ANY artist/song) is for video game remixes and this awesome mix of tracks from Britney's Cricus album that this guy made which I prefer over the whole album.

For some reason though, I think I'm going to love the Last Links and meaning of LOVE remixes (even though I don't like either of the songs).
