^ It really does deserve better but we can't give up hope or anything! I'm sure it'll peak a bit during tour days, and weekends. It might surprise us!

I can't believe my eyes! Everybody said, that this single will be a bomb and now her sells are so low. I heard a Kuu' s single and to my mind (don't want to insult Kuus fans) there's absolute nothing special about that!

Well no offense, but I don't think mentioning that was necessary...^^

Anyway, MOON/blossom's current sales are pretty fine for a single with literally 0 public promotion

^ It really is the lack of promotion on it that is making the sales so low, but surely there are people waiting to buy it from the venues. Not to mention, if I remember correctly, online purchases are counted on one of the last days, aren't they?

^ I think online sales are counted in the weekly sales, but I might be wrong

Wow. I expected her sales to be at least double what they are right now...

There have been singles that have done better w/out public promotion, so that's not really an excuse.

At least she'll be in the top 50 singles for the year...

Not so for Arashi and AKB48. They're selling like crazy. Have no clue why though.

Yeah exactly, we don't see those till the end of the week so total sales won't be all THAT low.

You are right! I'm sorry, but sometimes I'm so sensetive, on the subject of Ayu's sales. I like her and I just want her to be he best anyways, although, I understand that there are different circumstances!
So,everything is ok)

The sales are still good, even if they dropped a lot. They will probably go up during the weekend!

Get over it and stop being immature by bringing Kumi (or any other artist) into Ayu threads. It only starts fights and artist bashing.

Well no, of course there are still artists that are "on the uprising" but that doesn't change a single thing about the fact that general sales are dropping.

If Arashi had this surge of popularity 5 years ago they might've been able to get one or two million selling singles. Right now 690.000 is already a huge accomplishment.

Same, there are so many weak singles that outsell ayu's singles, and this is one less.

Based on music, I have no idea either. But that's what the kids in Japan are into these days I suppose.

Even if general sales are down, there's an obvious interest in those groups right now. If sales were what they were a year or two ago, I still don't think Ayu would be doing as well as some current artists. Maybe people just aren't as interested in her music as they once were. We'll see how well it does at the end of this week.

Its sad that that 690k you mentioned is for singles and not albums. It's like singles are all the rage now, considering album sales.

I completely agree with you!! May be I expresed my thought uncorrectly, but I meant the same, M/b is strong single and its sad, that lack of promotion influences on it sales, but, on the other side, if Ayu does nothing to promote it, it means that she knows what she'd doing, does she?
