Got it cheap off ebay, (like, real cheap) just to add to the collection. Didn't realise the case was plastic - I've got an old Namie single that is cardboard...

Here you are the pics! As you can see there's a sticker in the cover back with a code and the CD has a "sample - loaned" tag
