Ooh...more pictures from that nude shoot! And really girl power there! I hope someone can do the scans, particularly the part on the cover and the unreleased photos...

I don't know, but I bought mine only this April. They were stocking it in this small bookstore when I went to watch RnRC concert in Saitama. It was frankly amazing, because there were tons of unofficial photobooks (they're legitimate books selling in stores, but not avex-released) and books written about ayu. I wish I had bought at least a couple of those as well.
