But I was kinda... ahhhh, about her not releasing a single. But at least she will get to keep her number one streak (maybe that is!)

Wasn't Dream ON released in the 2011 Oricon year? I know it's an UN song but it features her so she WAS on #1 every year since 1999 in one form or another.

^ I dont think that counts, because it's not her single. (although that might be a personal choice)
But you can say that she has appeared on the charts for that year.

EDIT:
Although now thinking about it, I think on billboard if someone is feat. then it counts as them appearing... I don't know how oricon does it, though.
