How to join Team Ayu~ II

I need to renew my membership and I can't because of the credit card thing as well... And I even tried to create a new membership, but it also won't accept payment by credit card, when I try to pay it shows a red message stating that credit card payment isn't available D:


EDIT: I tried again today (June 9th) and I was able to create a new membership!! I couldn't renew my old one 'cause I couldn't even login anymore (which is a pity, 'cause my membership number was so easy to remember), but at least I'm a TA member again ^-^
Now I'll have two TA cards xD
