I dont think so. Probably it'll be like ayu's FIVE, BoA's Mamoritai and similar releases: A normal shoot for the two normal covers, and a cover with the anime main characters for the limited one (:

He had heart problems and Kuu said the vet actually expected Rum not to live that long at all.
So I'm sure they're happy that they had so much time together.
