INCREDIBLE video! They really gave her a good budget this time. She looks the best she ever has and I loved her slapping the guy at the end. The song is great. I really hope the rest of the album is similar in style and there aren't too many ballads.

Warner revealed that the album will be half-composed of fast songs (and therefore half-composed of slow songs...)
It must be because of Myself's sales. It didn't flop in China but... It didn't chart as well as Butterfly, Jolin since it was mostly composed of fast songs.

^That makes sense then. It's unfortunate that Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong (Taiwan less so than the other two) eat up ballads like nothing else, even when they're just the same piano ballad you've heard a million times. I want fast songs and very few ballads from my C-Pop artists. Oh well, at least Jolin HAS released some good ballads...in addition to a ton of forgettable ones.

^ I know. It's such a bummer when you hear about a Chinese artist through an upbeat/fast song and then check out the rest of the album and it's all ballads I'm not really a ballad fan myself, but like you said, at least Jolin puts out good ones from time to time.

Wandering Poet is a ballad!
The drama you can see in the video is a Korean drama airing in Taiwan on GTV from August 20th to September 25th called "Take Care of Us Captain" (拜託了，機長 in Chinese). Jolin's song is used for the Taiwanese broadcast only

Yeah Wandering Poet doesn't sound all that amazing, but I tend to think all of her ballads kind of sound the same with the exception of a few. Even so, I've never really been blown away by Jolin's ballads. I MUCH prefer her upbeat stuff .

The only times when I really loved her ballads was Castle - J-Game
Now her ballads don't sound special...just really bland

Don't like the new previews much.
I agree about Jolin's ballads and ballads in Taiwan and China in general.
Myself is such a perfect album, just two ballads on there did it such a favour.
And those two ballads are listenable as well.

There are 3 ballads on it, you're forgetting Nothing left to say XDD

As for me I just hope that there are 6 fast songs and 5 slow songs in MUSE and not the other way around :/
