you can be married yet separated and still date. some people don't have the immediate funds for a divorce, though i'm not entierly sure if Maro-chan applies to this, lol.

i know somebody in that situation now. she's in a serious relationship but is mutually separated from her "husband" because she simply cannot afford a divorce right now. i don't think that's really anything to have against him though.

Marriage is something you can't really keep secret - its a sign of respect to her fans that she disclosed that. The magazine which announces that they are dating, surely is a tabloid and not something that came from Ayu's mouth? People around her probably talked and the information leaked in that way.

This fandom is starting to creeping me out, why should we know what Ayu is doing in every second?

Ayu wanted to tell everyone with her own words before the article came out.
If there was no article, it probably would have been kept silent. The article is only the one that I posted, there are no other ones that I know of except news outlets posting info about Ayu and Maro's blogs.

None of the pictures of her hired photographers/press are used for the article. It only uses past pictures.
