Well the singles from JPN were pretty good. It's just that most of us were around as they were released, and it was leading up to JPN for quite some time. So when the album was released, and the album exclusive new tracks were a letdown, it was very anti-climactic. However, if you haven't heard anything off JPN, then you will probably enjoy it seeing as everything on the album will be fresh to you.

GAME was my first album of theirs I heard back in 2008, so I recommend that one, but I'm biased.

..But I really dislike the cannes mix. It feels too dragged out
And I have an incredibly horrible feeling that they're going to include it in the album

Aw I liked Communication. I wasnt too fond of point or Mirai though but I reckon Mirai will be on there.

I am still all SHOOK UP over how "Point" turned. The Chorus jump starts my loins while everything else prevents me from even coming back for just the Chorus. It should have been better.

capsule is more mature than perfume (song wise, vocal wise) you can't really compare them even with songs like edge or GAME

It's not necessarily a comparison but you can't deny they are similar, and the most logical answer to the question that was presented. More logical than say, Gackt or SOULHEAD.

I have always struggled finding good electronic J-pop artists, as I'm quite picky (about everything). I have found some luck however with the following artists:

mini

Aira Mitsuki

Mizca

You may also check out:
Ami Suzuki (she is hit or miss a lot of the time, has a very distinct, much deeper voice when not auto-tuned)

That's all I can think of off the top of my head. Ami Suzuki uses some grittier beats but I tire of her easily. Aira Mitsuki has a grittier sound as well, if you care to explore her further.

Mnh. I tried AiraMitsuki some time ago. I can't anymore. I thought I liked at least her "Colorful Tokyo Sounds No. 9" but I don't even like that anymore.

I'm looking for more of a...well: electro song with drums and a pop structure. Or something like that. Or something odd and powerful like edge.
