Yesasia urgent shipping question!!!

Hi guys! On 28th Dec. 2013 I made an order on Yesasia and one day later, on 29, they shipped the items. Right now, I'm waiting for the items as they haven't arrived yet. On the site, it is mentioned that it may take between 7-14 working days to arrive..but still I am a bit worried as this is my first time ordering from Yesasia. It has passed 16 days (11 working days) since then.

So my question is the following..When you ordered from Yesasia how long did it take before your items arrived? So...I have any reason to worry?

It has been awhile since I used YesAsia. But yeah, they are a bit slow. 10-14 working days sounds about right. I am sure your order will arrive any day now.

The holidays might have delayed it further.

I just received an order that was shipped a month ago.. Don't expect it to come sooner than 3-4weeks, esp during the holidays season >_<
Sometimes it takes about 7-10days to get there but it's quite rare. I noticed my package now come from Singapore when they used to come from either HK or Germany.. I guess they relocated

On an email that said they shipped items, they stated standard shipping could be slower due to holidays.

My last order with them took around 40 days to get here (México) so I wouldn't be worried just yet. Still good luck on getting them any day now!

Also, Yesasia has a warehouse here in LA, but the majority of their stuff comes out from Hong Kong. The warehouses don't stock everything.

One time I bought a (rare) CD that took nearly a month to get here, and a few times I've bought things that took literally 2 days, because I live in CA.

For the most part 1-2 weeks is standard though.

Yesasia is pretty slow in shipping (if you use the free shipping). I did use the other shipping method, but it's pretty the same to me. Sometimes the cd that I bought was crack (casing). Lesson learned.

Now, I just use CDJapan. It's really reliable!! (I just use EMS shipping)

if u use free shipping, then you must be very patience...

even when they ship to asia country like Indonesia, it's still need about a month to arrive here. So i believe it can take longer to other continent.

But don't worry, just wait and relax, you will receive it hopefully very soon.

I think it depends a bit where you're living but to here where I live it takes normally 4 weeks to arrive. I tried once the paid option and my packet was send by FedEx. It really surprised me that it took couple more days to arrive than promised and my packet arrived in really bad shape. So for me it was last time I paid extra of the shipping....

Hey guys! I forgot to update this thread. My items arrived on 21th January 2013 but only today I was able to get the items because the package arrived in the main city of my district (because it was an overseas package) and the bad weather didn't allowed me to get my CDs faster. I'm really glad that it all went well . And I didn't have to pay any other fees..thanks god ...
By the way, on the box it was written that yesasia sent the items from Singapore.

well, mine took 24 days fortunately..I must confess that they are kind of slow with the delivering but thank god that the package arrived safe.

To me the most important is no tax. More than once I ordered for an amount that allowed me to get the express shipping for free but I already know express = tax, huge tax, so I prefer to wait but pay nothing, no shipping, no tax.

Yeah..you're right...the standard shipping is the most accessible.
