Yup, October 7th 2NE1 posted on their Official Facebook that I AM THE BEST M/V has reached over 100 Million Views. And to add to it, the song has also topped the World Songs Chart in America due to the exposure the song has been receiving from its recent feature in the Microsoft Commercial.

^I also think being on some actual popular entertainment spots in the US & such already helps her have some better knowledge on how stuff like promotion works in North America. I think thats been one of many downfalls for past Asian artists debuting in the western world. Promotion works quite different in Japan, Korea and the other countries in Asia that many of them are familiar with, but we do things differently here in many ways, which can add to complications.

My personal thoughts here but I think its actually best for now that the others dont join CL. Theyre all very talented but Bom, Dara and Minzy arent close to fluent in English. Sure they may be able to sing on some tracks in English but what about interviews? I've seen some of the interviews they've had in the western world and every time CL answers pretty much everything, even questions directed at another band member it gets a quiet negative response. I think with added time spent learning the English language by other 3 they could make the transition. Next of all, very very few girl groups have ever made it into North America in a very very lonnng time. And heck even the Spice Girls only lasted a short time back in the 90s. Solo female artists performing the female confidence, strength and equality subjects etc is the big selling powerhouse right now & honestly I believe CL can deliver it.

The same bitches freaking out about 2NE1 disbanding over solo careers were probably the same ones thinking BIGBANG was over when Taeyang and G-Dragon wanted to do solo stuff. 2NE1 won't disband. I wish CL good luck on her English debut. I have a feeling she can make an impact. She has the style that mainstream radio loves.

^Why? Change is a part of life and if this is what she wants and is taking the time to do then obviously it means a lot to her. I say support people for what they want in life. There's many times in life I wish I had of had support for what I wanted but didn't. Made climbing that ladder all the harder so I definitely know how that feels.

Sigh... Shes my favorite but everyone else dislikes her for some reason. Im one of few supporting her and what she wants.

Only thing i REALLY REALLY WANT from the group atm which hasnt been announced and Im expecting and hoping will be is the dvd for the AON TOUR IN SEOUL.

^I think if they released too quickly the quality of the music wouldn't hold up. Not every idea brought to the table is necessarily the best one. They just want to offer the best ones. Still they often do take too damn long and it can be very irritating at times.

^thats a common myth. hen artist take a three year break in between albums not all of them work three years on that. Most of them start recording an writing 2-3 month prior the deadline, especially with idol groups that get most of their stuff written and composed.
