I was rewatching some 2002 lives and I remembered that Ayu used to have a lookalike girl with her during the rehearsals/ending. I wonder what's the reason and who's she.

Typically she is used so that Ayu can see how staging is without being on stage.

During rehearsal, she wouldn't be able to see how the performances would look like so she's got a body double. That and also she used body doubles in her actual performances too. Like opening Run @ AT02, AUDIENCE @ DT01, kiss o' kill @ AT07 etc.

Now she uses dancers and just had them wear a mask and cover their hair lol

But the body double is still working with her, I saw her in AT15 documentary and Immature performance.
