I dont think this is her last release, just her last album. She'll still probably release the 25th anniversary live, the last live tour and maybe a complete music video collection although the bluray of the album contains music videos which makes me think that it's all music videos from best fiction on or maybe uncontrolled until now idk.. just guessing

The decisions behind this album are just really odd so far.

Like, why release a singles collection... if you're not including all your singles on it? And I could understand not including pre-Ballada MVs on the dvd/bluray... but why is she pretending Brighter Day doesn't exist lol.

I'm still gonna be buying this, cause I want that special Fanspace edition lol, but I just don't understand lol.

Anyways, I hope she releases the covers soon. A lot of the retailers seem to have their own specific poster versions, so it'll be nice to see what they all look like. Don't think the fanspace version comes with a poster though... #rude

I'll be in Tokyo at that time as well and will definitely be picking up the album. You know, I'm not sure with this release, but when I bought Red Carpet at Tsutaya in Shibuya I got a poster with it; and I got a sheet of stickers with an Ayu album purchase at Tower in Shibuya. I didn't preorder either of those releases. As long as you get it on or around release date and they have the supplies, I think they just give them to you regardless of preorder.

According to Japanese newspapers, the farewell tour is a dome tour.
Which means, there won't be that many dates, but lots of tickets anyway.

Afaik there are 5 domes in Japan - Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Sapporo.
And she toured all of them in her dome tour 2012 for her 20th Anniversary already with 8 dates.

Awesome, I will be returning from Nagoya on Nov 9, hopefully they will still have extras. If anything I'll look on auction websites for the extras. Sure it will be much more expensive but I don't mind paying extra, at this point Namie collectibles are sadly legacy items now

I'm not a Namie fan or anything, but I like some of her songs. It's a pity that she'll retire. .o. It's actually quite shocking for someone like me who doesn't follow her closely.

But all the best to her.
And I hope all her fans will get a grand finale.

If there's an all-encompassing release then I might get it. Like I said, I like some of her songs, but I wouldn't even know where to start. ^^a

That's not really what it means, though. It's a matter of priorities. To Ayu music IS life. Didn't Hikki have a hiatus of like 7 years? That seems to be unthinkable of for Ayu.

To Namie music might just not be a top priority. That doesn't mean that she doesn't put her all into it. It's just not her raison d'etre like it is for Ayu.
