There is NOTHING on ticketboard for me accept that I have won the tickets. I even emailed ticketboard but have yet to hear from them. Concert in TWO days and my flight is tomorrow...goodness

I will definitely try to get a report up after the concert when time permits

(gonna fly from Nagoya to OKNW to catch ayu the day after haha)

"Once your payment is completed, we will be sending an email on download instructions and seat location 3-7 days prior to the event."

Have you checked your spam folder? Maybe it's there

Just to update,

I Finally received it when it was 8pm JST. Seems like they only send out the tickets 2 days before the actual concert to minimise chances of resale. Will update on my actual view when im there but for now, I know its in the lower part of the stands on the left side of the dome

Oh wow, they really don't give a lot time for that then! And I was planning to be sneaky, since I'm a "poor student", I thought I could sell my second ticket for good money. But I guess I'll just go to see her two days in a row, not complaining about that though!

Glad you got the ticket! Yeah, dang that's down to the wire. I'm not trying to resell my extra tickets, but I am hoping some friends could use them so they don't just go to waste; I'm really hoping people actually at the venue aren't going to care about the names on the tickets.

HAHA yes! I even asked my friend to ask HER friend in Japan to call Ticketboard for me but the line was engage for a good 2 hours. And he helped me go on YAHOO JP FORUMS and realized people havent received their tickets either and those who are going tonight only received theirs on the 15th at 8pm JST. (which is really 48 hours before the concert)

THANK U! i was in a real panic state. So just thought I informed everyone here as well so you guys wont end up like me too haha

Im not sure if you can change the emails prior to the date though! I thought I read something along those lines (during my insane digthrough of Ticketboard's procedures). Will post about the procedure tomorrow night after the concert

It is actually a QR code downloadable via your ticketbo account. Basically they request that you save it as an image in your phone (i guess printscreen will do). Or they could ask you to log in properly and get your QR code (so wifi may be needed).

Apparently from what i have read, PRINTED QR TICKETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Only mobile and if you dont have a mobile with you, the regulations on ticketboard's website says you will NOT be allowed in. And it is apparently an assumption that everyone who has registered SHOULD own a mobile phone (with battery LOL)
