I can't decide...

I can't decide if this "forgiveness" single is fake, or just some sort of "official" version released in China. There's chinese on the single itself, but some of it looks authentic. I paid about $3 US total, and I was like "oh what the heck it's ayumi" so I bought it. It only has the four tracks meant to be on there, and it also comes with the autoplay software for the PC. I've seen other singles like this. Does anyone know about this distributor?

(Sorry for the bad quality, I don't own a digital camera)

Well, I am not ABSOLUTELY positive, but I think it is authentic. I bought the I am and Rainbow albums and received them. They had "Alion Internation Records" listed as the recording company, so i was really curious. I found out that Alion is a bootleg company in Taiwan. I Just saw Avex Trax on the CD, so that lead me to think its genuine...

Again... I'm not 100% sure, just wanted to give my opinion

as quoted from plenty of other websites:

Are SM, Alion and Ever Anime CDs legal?

No, none of these companies have obtained any licences from the original record companies to make copies or distribute these CDs. Prior to 1 January 2002 these CDs were legal in Taiwan, but once they had left Taiwan’s borders, they were illegal no matter what country they end up in. This is because Taiwan was not a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and didn't come under the Berne Convention. On 1 January 2002, Taiwan became a member of the WTO, and these CDs are now illegal inside Taiwan as well as outside it's borders.

They're just like Son May Records.

the most easy way to see whether a CD is legal or illegal is to check whether there's the IFPI encraved on the back of the CD around the place where u put ur fingers to pick up the disc.
