You would think that someone would catch these things. I doubt that Ayu had anything to do with the credits of her PV, btw.

Also, the reason that "my name's WOMEN" is incorrect is because you are using a plural noun to describe a singular noun. It's hard to describe but basically you are saying, "my name is women." It should be "my name's WOMAN" (which still isn't that great) or "our name's WOMEN" (which still sounds wrong to me...) if you want to be technical about it. A better title might have been "we are WOMEN" or something to that effect.
