Mmm ... translating the title of that video, it merely means te ga, which means hands. It's just Ayu having a running nose and her trying to use her hands but they are chained up, hence she's using the chain to stop the mucus flow. It doesn't seem to offer any new insights to how the trick was done. And I still don't get the parts about the lever pulling.
