Britney has an US top10 at this very moment. But I think in some ways Christina and Madonna can be seen as has-beens.

^^ I really dont see how Brit-Brit is since she is staring in the X-Factor, had a huge tour and a best selling album all last year...

there is a HUGE difference between not liking someone and not having a career.

Oldonna is currently going though one of the highest grossing tours in history (it's the 15th right now) this year, had a top10 hit on Billboard and her SuperBowl performance was the most seen moment in televion ever... She is fine^^

Brit Brit had 1 number hit last year, 2 top 10 hits aside from that and a top10 hit right now, the only song she released this year... She is fine too.

Didn't she try with her avex albums?
She even had a 10th anniversary thing and released Supreme Show. That album bombed but still sold more than CK's vivid

She even brought in nakata yasutaka and the album only tickled the top 20 for a week.
But that's not as big of a bomb as Vivid, angela Aki's blue or chihiro onitsuka's latest album.

Most of ami's supreme show just REAKS of perfume.

I STILL think the scandal still hasn't fully... Ami's still affected by it.

I found out that she was supposed to release a single back in 2011ish, but that got canceled faster than PSYs US concert.

Ami bombed because no one liked her album or cared about her. (Maybe they didn't like her either) It reeks of Perfume because Nakata did all the tracks. It seems darker to me though than Perfume's music, which is why I liked it.


CK however, bombed because their market is **** for both female solos and R&B/urban artists. I think most urban artists in Japan understand that.

If you want to do R&B, you either have to be princessy poppy like Nishino, or ballady like Juju.

CK's album never really had a chance. Just like AILI and hiromi and Emi Hinouchi, and others.


Anyways. A lot of these aren't really has beens to me, but I guess it's more that they still charge top dollar for appearances. I guess you have that right though when people still like you, so.

Also I kinda agree with the article that was posted in the CK thread about her skin color... that might have some issues too because she doesnt really look like she belongs.
