Yea, it basically says "Due to the intention in writing this song, the author has requested the lyrics be omitted." I asked my Japanese teacher last year when it came out. :B

Ayu has some songs where she wants the fans to hear it as they hear it, girlish and Memorial address are those. In some cases she wants her message to be clear, but in these cases she wanted the songs to belong to the people listening. It's kind of sweet, but in a way very frustrating if you want to know for sure what she's saying.
