Preorders are all lumped into the first day IIRC.

They probably only allowed each retailer to sell about 1,000~ of the boxes...

They save at least half or more for physical stores.

I want to deny it so badly. It's just sooooo....cheesy. I can't get over the fact that when we refer to it here, we'll have to say RnRC or RRC. That seems really trivial but I've yet to realize any class in a title like that.

I don't know where you live but, even though the special box is more expensive for me with the free shipping it comes down cheaper than CDJapan

I only am very bad at waiting for the album.
I use EMS all the time so I get the album the day it is out

25k is how many they are making, but they are not selling 25k total across the online stores. The online stores are only getting a small amount of that 25,000.

YesAsia gets x amount, CDJapan get x amount, HMV gets x amount, Amazon.jp gets x amount... etc. I think more copies go for sale in physical stores though for limited press goods. There are a lot of retailers that handle online sales though, so each can sell a certain amount...

See: ELT's 10,000 limited single... their first week was 6.8k but they sold out at all online stores. -shrugs- Online stores only make up a small fraction of stores receiving the limited pressings.
