the whole "Jessica wasn't following her schedule" thing is getting more and more unbelievable. Jessica has BLANC, but she was also following all Jessica & Krystal program schedule, she recorded a whole album with her sister and she didn't miss a single SNSD schedule. Seems to me she was one of the members putting the biggest effort in all her activities. Seriously, the members need to give a better excuse for kicking her out than the schedule one, specially since no one seems to mind Sooyoung missing the SMTOWN just now....

Someone posted this in an article and i thought it was interesting to share. It's about how Jessica wasn't a lazy member:

d say she's not lazy but efficient

good singer, but not the best in the group
was a good dancer but slacked off to be sufficient, known for putting in least effort but not for most errors
a visual, not main visual
gets enough exposure (covershoots, airport pics, pretty sns selfies, musical, own reality show) without looking like a tryhard
is a fan favorite
grabs lots of CFs, but not the most

it's actually a pretty smart way of living.
i guess this is what happened with blanc and the group activities. efficient enough to get by.

i can see how others who have to work much harder, are more skilled but get less out of it at one point either admire her or become jealous and fed up with her. it's just human nature.

Let's say in this way:

Obviously she's not the best singer but to me she's just behind Taeyeon. She's better than Seohyun a bit, and I dun think Tiffany is the top 3 vocal in the group.

Dance skill wise, we can say that Yoona, Sooyoung, Yuri, and Hyoyeon are the "dance troops" in the group. Sica dances pretty well, except the fact that she only did 70 to 80% effort most of the times, and still looked good compared to below average dancers.

I think kicking her out is not a wise decision group-wise. They lost a talented vocalist, a sexy member, a member with good exposure, general fan favorite, one of the face of SNSD, The queen of China and Japan. If they can't count that as assets coming for investing in her, I wonder what company SM is and how does it operate.

^I had the same hunch, after all SM's Top Managements seem to have problems when their investments venture out without they're being involved, or some sort. Which if it's true, make this whole fiasco super dumb.

LMAO look at that. SM doesn't realize what a huge part that Jessica filled until things like that happen. I cannot imagine their future performances :|

I agree about graduating her thing, they can monetize it and make things ends in better terms, saving some faces, relieving fans with sufficient explanations and etc etc.

They will have lot more to fill because Sica ALWAYS had bigger parts in the songs, especially those early ones when she and Tae were like the main attractions in the songs. Even she had "lesser" part in recent songs (yeah Tiffany got more), her parts were quite unique (e.g., IGAB). I dun think anyone can replace her vocal. Even Tae, who sounds similar to Sica, can't replicate sica's style.

The problem here is that, it's not only because she pissed off some CEO or anything like that, everyone is saying that the other members took part in her ousting, which is pretty sad if it's really true.

from the video in Shenzhen I can feel that Tiffany is with Jessica.. that pointing the mic to the audience during Jessica's part in Gee was a major "FUCK YOU SM" to me lol you go BFFs

anyway it's stupid... I'm not surprised SM pulled another scandal with their groups but I'm quite shocked it's SNSD, cos they are one of their biggest cash cows.. oh well.

I don't care much now, but just thinking of what Jessica would feel makes me really pissed off. stuck with them for another 3 years and God knows what gross projects they will make her pull out. *rolls eyes*

yep I totally disagree with people shitting on Jessica's vocals.. I don't even like Taeyeon's vocals much they're good but flat with 0 personality. at least Jessica's has that "I know it's her" quality & Tiffany has a unique timber that I love!
