It seems like namie's state is like ayu's GUILTY (sold 568,288) to NEXT LEVEL (379,989) right now and Namie's sales became really front loaded, unlike her past few albums.

The sales themselves are great anyway and she is the only solo female who sell like that nowadays so it's good to have it.

I say that FEEL still has a chance to get Queen of hip-pop sales (455,428).

Lol just went and took a quick look. What a 'friendly' admin that was. Seems like she was the 1 that was more bias and defendant towards her artist that don't allow any comparison from other artist. I hope she knows that Namie had her low peak too nobody will stay on top of the peak forever. What goes up will come down. If only people know what is humble =)

Usually when two big sellers go head to head, both sell less.

It's beneficial for everyone, not to have that happen. People always talk about streaks and stuff, but sales in general are higher when there's only one big seller a week.

It might not be by much...but with the way their sales are...every thousand counts lol

It's unfortunate that this will probably sell less than uncontrolled. Feel is a far better album. One factor could be that this album has less promo around town. I went to shibuya this week and I expected to enter namie town, but there was nothing. The only promo was inside the stores themselves.

I noticed billboards and posters everywhere for this album.

I think this album will sell the same as Next Level or maybe a bit more. But then I think her next release will be a best in an attempt to keep her from slumping down.

When were you there? There was nothing around 109 or the station when I went.

I was there last weekend. There were at lest 3 billboards, a HUGE TV that was blaaring her album PV like every 5 minutes and not to mention all the posters and music that was playing out of the major stores.
The girl was everywhere..

But I will say I noticed a change from day to night... I was there at night first and it had all the music and everything, but during the day the CM wasn't playing.
