It must be because of Myself's sales. It didn't flop in China but... It didn't chart as well as Butterfly, Jolin since it was mostly composed of fast songs.

^That makes sense then. It's unfortunate that Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong (Taiwan less so than the other two) eat up ballads like nothing else, even when they're just the same piano ballad you've heard a million times. I want fast songs and very few ballads from my C-Pop artists. Oh well, at least Jolin HAS released some good ballads...in addition to a ton of forgettable ones.

I don't know if you noticed but Da Yi Shu Jia's lyrics have been corrected, there was a sentence going like this:
他的模特儿 却都从来不缺少 Hr

and actually it goes like this
他的模特儿 却都从来不缺少 HUH

There is no "Hr" in the lyrics. That's why Warner put the dance version into a private video and reuploaded it later, the first version contained the mistake.

Anyway, here's the MV subbed! I didn't use pommy's translation because when she posted it I already asked someone to make one :/

My mandarin horrible but the lyrics sound really meaningful and i laughed a couple a times because of the lyrics. things like "he likes you for convenience" and such (i think it sounds more harsh in chinese)



edit: i just realized that one scene where she is dancing on the second chorus was filmed outside (watched the making of) and im just thinking... she must've been super hot... cause i went to taiwan this summer... and OMGGGG -_____-
