I'm glad she's touring around Asia again. I remember her saying last year that she got many offers to tour outside of Japan (whether from around the world or around Asia, I'm not sure)... I hope she ventures into other parts of Asia outside of just Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Taiwan

And a more clear translation of the text could be, "This tour, which includes stops in Asia for the first time in two years, starts this Spring".
