I could go through her discography myself, but I thought this way would be interesting.

What songs do you listen to when going through a break up? I'm not looking for sappy emo songs that are going to make me cry like HANABI, Together When..., etc.. More like, songs that are empowering and will make me feel better...or at least have a positive outlook?

I can think of Don't look back.

I always think that Trauma and RAINBOW will be a good song to brighten up the day when feeling sad. Hope it does for the others too =)

GAME and Is this LOVE? GAME used to cheer me up after heartache with lyrics that I was able to find this "game" so I can find another (better) I think it's agressive and with vibe that makes you think that this person don't deserve any tears cause you're stronger and better.

I'm not sure you're into rock but I used to listen to Papa Roach's - Blood (Empty Promises) and Coheed and Cambria - Welcome Home after heartbreaking moments and loosing my best friend from her fault. Just a suggestion, the lyrics fits it very well.

Um, (miss)understood gives me a feeling of being strong even if it isn't relationship based lyrics per se. Same for 1LOVE, talkin' 2 myself, decision, Microphone... It depends on if you are at the reflective stage or are feeling grarrr and angry. I usually more grarrr and angry...!

For some reason... when I went through a break up, I bond with SEASONS.

Today was fun,

Today was very sad,
and even if I cry tomorrow,

This part made me sad the most because it reminds me of how I feel at the moment...

Well, I am a girl who always have been listening to Ayu's instrumentals and vocal skills. In my hard times of my youth I have been listening to some of my favourite songs in that period and the albums GUILTY and Secret.
So, let's say; the tracklists of both albums plus her newer singles (Mirrocle World and GREEN/Days) and some older songs from MY STORY and (miss)understood (in particular; About You, INSPIRE, my name's WOMEN, HAPPY ENDING, GAME, Ladies Night, STEP you and HEAVEN)

Now I have of course other songs which I love. When I feel again sadness, I listen a lot to the song "Love Song" This song helps me a lot. Not only instrumentally; but it's the lyrics.
