This is created with different parts from songs and such. So of course it will sound like her, after all it's her voice how is used as a base to create this Utau.
Really like the song like this !!

A wild thought, but what will happen if Ayu actually provide voice for a Vocaloid? Like how Gackt did for Kamui Gakupo. And damn it really sounds like her!
