Ok.........let's talk about how you currently feel about ayu
we could explain in percentage

mine would be 90% currently
Yeah.......first lovely years had already pass.which i love ayu to death
now that i'm starting to widen my JPOP music.so that i'm startin to love Kuu,BoA,namie,Mika,Ai......

the main question is

DO YOU GET BORED OF AYU ALREADY? I mean...........not that kind of 100% bored...just that you think you could already given up some of her parts from your heart and fill in others......i know i sounded so miserable.but the meaning is actually simple......

The judgements would be from :

-PVs
-LIVE TOURS
(both of these are like.........how many times do you watch ayu a week...etc...get bored?)
~I watch ayu's PVs at least once a week...or maybe one in 2 weeks
for live DVDs...only if i got nothing to do

-songs
(listen to her songs everyday?)
~I do.currently usually started w/z rainy day....last time everday was about Bold & Delicious

-images???
~No...of course no...except that red wig in ARENA TOUR.i feel like ayu-haters

No, I'm not tired of her. If I was, I wouldn't come to this forum almost everyday! I think some of her songs are getting boring to me, which are mostly the ones I discovered first like evolution, M, Dearest... But there are always songs I can't stop listening to. Although, her past 2 albums are already left in my shelf with lots of dust on it.

PVs
I'm not getting bored of her PVs, but they haven't been amazing lately.

LIVE TOURS
I don't watch anything until there's something new. I'm not the kind that watches her stuff daily, and never been either. I always was the kind to download a PV but only watch it once or twice and then delete it. Except for "alterna". As for her concerts, I watch them when I'm bored.

SONGS:
Yeah, I listen to at least one song daily. But since my J-Pop music has highly grown, I don't listen to her stuff as much as I used to. hitomi is now my favorite artist, and her music is never tiring. Unlike some of Ayu's.

IMAGE:
Not really because there's always something new going on. But sometime, it is kinda "not interesting" for a style.

Good point! LOL. I dun get bored of ayu... probly because that period has already gone (between I am and RAINBOW). I still listen to her songs everyday (not necessarily new songs tho). The pv is boring lately, but doesn't mean I would get bored of ayu, cuz I can watch her old pvs. Nowadays I keep putting her albums into my cd players and I just listen to the entire albums while I'm studying. Even tho (m)u doesn't theme at all the songs are still excellent somehow.

At the moment, I'm a bit bored, my percentage would be about 50%. It's because recently the last time she released something I liked was (miss)understood. I don't really watch PVs/tours etc. very often, I only have them on DVD, not on my computer so I don't watch them every day. The last pv I saw was Startin' - I wasn't able to find a version of Born To Be that I could watch properly, but from everyone's reactions, I didn't miss much. I haven't really listened to Ayu much since February, I listened to (miss)understood quite a lot then, now I've started to listen to Mika more because I've just discovered her. It just happens, I listen to something a lot, then listen to something else for a while. If Ayu's next single has songs I really like, then I will start listening to her again

Actually, I feel quite the opposite. Recently I paid more attention to some of her older songs that I never actually liked, and now I'm very fond of those songs. I'm not bored of Ayu at all.
As for PVs, I watch her older and newer stuff.
Her current image is fine. There's nothing wrong with that.

I'm not BORED with her, but she's really not that great for me anymore. It's like, *shrug* I like her songs, she's pretty and that's it. I'm not obssessed anymore. It's not that I don't like her anymore, I just have better things to worry about now.

These things are like, everywhere on Ayu forums. It's almost been 8 years, and frankly, I think she's getting more addicting. At least to me. Even though it's been a long time and she's not making things like she used to [well, many say]... I'm glad she's still around. Her 'activity' in the music industry keeps this forum alive and maybe possibly even some of its users[yeaaah. Some people..]. I really just enjoy the fact that every few weeks there's a new announcement or something to tell me that she's still going. I feel really bad for fans of DAI or some other disbanded group because they don't have that luxury anymore. They can have Tomiko Van as a soloist and that other guy in his Mission w/e band, but they'll never have DAI ever again. I really feel that Ayu is something that we might believe will always be here, but some day, one random day out of the many in our lives.. Ayu just won't be there any more.

So I guess I'm saying.. enjoy her as much as you can while she is still 'here'. ~_~ Blah~ I make it sound like she's going to die... I wonder what'll happen if that... agh, don't wanna think about it. :x (agh just woke up and head hurts xD)

Today, especially, I am quite the opposite. I listened to A song for XX today, and now I'm listening to an old remix album. Wheneber I get a little bored of her older stuff, I listen to her newer stuff, and vice-versa. I really don't hold either end on any pedastal. (Just today I'm in an "old music" rut)

I'll watch her DVDs usually when I'm doing a chore something. I don't ever just sit down to watch them unless it's the first time.

And how can you get bored with her image? It's always changing. Well, maybe not "Ayu" herself is changing, but her styles are. I seem to recall her going brunette lately...

her tour and concert were amazing, i watch it once a week and its still fantastic for me. what's wrong with it?

her songs still have a highest rated for me..sometimes i getting tired of her song and change it by the other jpop or indonesian or christian artis...but after one hour my ear want to hear ayu voice again and i hear her song again

i don't think i've ever been really bored of Ayu... she changes it up quite often so she pretty much always keeps it interesting for me... the only other J artists i listen/watch is Gackt and a lil HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR...

If we were all bored of Ayu, do you think we'd still come here?
I mean, we can listen to other artists without "getting bored" of her.

I will never get bored of ayu. she inspires me to do things and make me achieve my goals. On top of that her PV's and lives keeps me entertained where as other artists just go on stage and sing and dance.

Yeah, it's not like Hamasaki is the only thing I listen too. And if I dont listen to her for a while I can always go back and rediscover her old stuff and enjoy it and find new things to enjoy.
