What's this DVD AUDIO thing?

Hi there!

I have a question: What are MY STORY/RAINBOW DVD AUDIO?

I have a vague idea myself but I'm not quite sure: A CD that you can put in your DVD player?

Anyway, can someone please explain it more clearly? (I already checked YesAsia and eneaba.net but that didn't help very much)
