Actually, weren't all of the songs on that rumored tracklist end up being wrong? It doesn't really matter to me that the titles are different. I'm just glad that we finally heard snippets of her new songs.

Rock Steady: i like the rock edge she added (no pun intended XD)

after listening to Rock Steady more closer... instead of having any 'rock' elements in it, it sounded like the enhanced version of 'FUNKY TOWN' >_< and i TOTALLY LOVE IT!! omg..

Yeah, it doesn't sound very rockish, but it still sounds good. Anyway, we still have to wait for the whole song to come out. Maybe then it'll sound a bit more rock-like.

I really liked both songs in the cm's, New Look moreso than Rock Steady though. So excited for the full versions.

I can't wait for the songs and the PVs. The CMs are only 45 seconds each but I'm gonna be living off of these for a while until the full songs or PVs come out.

actually i don't understand what's the meaning of 'sampling'

i watched the clips of the oldies on youtube e.g Baby Love, Rock Steady, but they don't like anything similar..

the songs are totally new but given a 60s, 70s, 80s, twist or arrangements...

Rock Steady sounded like a T.Kura song and New Look a nao'ymt ^_^; it's just some guess work

New Look:I think Namie's telling us she's ready to transform herself once again so I'm expecting another new style, and these cm's if they are being the real pv's I'm so excited because they just seem so different from what she's normally done...I love it...I hope she keeps the bangs for a while cause she looks super kawaii!!!

I don't think she's sampling them at all literally, I think she meant they're borrowing the songs "style". They don't really borrow the melody or anything significant at all, I think they were just influenced by the songs style
