ayu concert - HKTicketing deducted $$ but ticket was not booked

anyone else here encountered this with HKTicketing? due to the traffic on the website on the public sales day for the ayu concert ticket, the website hung/didn't load the confirmation page, but money was deducted from my acct. i was using a debit card, so i could see the transaction almost immediately. I immediately emailed them to tell them about this. They claimed the booking didn't go through but they will refund the money. then today when i checked my transaction details, i got a shock! about $177 was deducted from my acct the other day, but when the refund came back, there was only $167. the only thing i can think of is the exchange rate... i know its only $10, but that's not the point here. their website couldn't take the traffic that day, their website hung/did not load, they deducted money when the ticket was NOT booked. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE!???

luckily it was not my only booking... if not i wld have gone crazy... imagine this was the only ticket i booked, and they deducted my money letting me think my booking went through, but in actual fact, not only did i not get the ticket, i got $10 deducted from my account for nothing... -_-'''

You should probably call them. They'll probably refund your money.

Well, if you want the 10 dollars back, you need to contact your bank or the ticketing service. Do they have a policy where they don't return the service charges and stuff?
