I think VR/La/Ls trilogy is pretty good, even tho I just get a bit confused in some scenes (esp La). I kinda understand what her concept is except I dunno the chronological order of each pv. Like what some of you have said, each represents a mini-love story, and somehow they are connected.
What I'm confused in La is that... when ayu ran around in the dark with the silver disco dress, was that the ayu in the dying ayu's mind? Like she was lost and Mannie was following her, and I got lost as well while watching the pv... ![]()

I think it was Ayu in dying Ayu's mind. I think Ayu was lost and maybe Mannie was trying to rescue her? I don't know myself.

^And what about the other girl...? I dun get the "cheating" vibe. Rather I feel like Mannie had two girlfriends (in separate times) that had similar personalities, or Mannie practically just did the same thing with different girls. Or.. was that the soul of ayu was in that girl (or vice versa...?)
Yeah... this and the other concept (the disco dress ayu) are the confusing parts while I watched the pv. Ahh... now I love Love song so much...

Actually, that makes sense... the Ayu in the parking garage could've been Ayu on the verge of death in her mind and Mannie was just the "Grim Reaper" kind of? I recall all that happens at the end of that scene is that Ayu gets shocked by his presence while in the car and then we don't see that Ayu anymore. He later pops in at the end looking more like an angel though.

^^I was wondering if maybe Mannie was playing two different guys. One with Ayu and one with the other girl. And during the bank robbery maybe instead of seeing Mannie and the other girl she saw herself with her Mannie committing the crime? Probably wrong but that's my interpretation.

^So... there are two Mannies, and after ayu remembering her crime with the other Mannie, she was so shameful that she gave up her life

![]() But then I have another question. How does the first part of the pv (Mannie with the other girl and ayu) connect to the dreaming ayu scene..?

Mannie cheated on Ayu at some point during the relationship, went to the same places and did similar things while he cheated, but at some point down the line he realized that he loved Ayu more than this other girl. Ayu still loved him back and probably wanted to get back together at some point, but he died before he could reunite with her. (Notice how his dead self keeps trying to get Ayu back) Ayu found out, and of course she moved away from the apartment they had once shared together, starting the events of Love song. The past life thing just involves her and why she stopped when the other two people were robbing the bank. It just doesn't make sense that she would stop while a shootout is going on other than her possible deja vu-y moment.

Yeah, I really miss the PVs that were so amazing I could show them off to people.
Now it's just Ayu being weird and being herself I guess. But I guess...that's why we love her...so...whatever, to me, she's like a little kid, have to let them be creative and expressive and all that crap....even if what they produce isn't that great. I really don't care about PV's being connected or not. Maybe it just takes her that many to get the feeling she wants across, idk.

This connection is interesting as well. VR part is quite more appealing now because it can either be the past life or the isolated world ![]()
