thats the WORST ballad Ayu's had! I got like, musical diabetes off it...

Anyway, I have recently been listening to it really often. Its nice, i almost wish it would've been coupled with Pride, or even Bold & Delicious back in 05!
Its sort of repetitive but I like it.

The songs i like which most hate are Life (<---awesome and calm), Dolls (really has a nice, mysterious mood), and LOVE~refrain~ (which seems way more bittersweet)... oh yes, and BORN TO BE... IS AWESOME, HATERS!

Wait, people don't like Born to be...??? I love that song.

And yeah, thankfully many would agree meaning of Love is the biggest musical flurge ever.

I happen to love Beautiful Day. It's got some of the greatest lyrics.
My favorite part is...
It's a Beautiful Day, you don't have to be afraid.
As a matter of fact, I out those lyrics on the letter I wrote Ayu in the AWIO fan book. ^^

Honestly, any of Ayu's "ending" songs (yes, including Beautiful Day and Thank U) strike me as really emotional, but I feel like I'm alone in this I find them to be beautiful in their own way, and I do feel something well up inside me when Beautiful Day, Replace, Thank U, MY ALL, etc. come up. They've all got a kind of nostalgic, yet satisfying feeling.

Idk, I can see why there'd be a split over a song like HONEY or Beautiful Fighters (shameless sugary pop songs), but I never got all the hate that songs like Beautiful Day, Thank U, and the other songs of their kin got So I'm with you there.

We had such a nice time. We started dating in t2m PV, took it slow you know, let our love grow. Then it got really serious in 2008. Then after AT2009 we moved in together. It was lovely. Then on AT2010 he asked me to marry him. He was such a sweet. And Ayu gave us our blessings. She was also such a sweet. Now me and Maro are such a sweets together. Aaaw, how time flies.

I think they simply lack innovation for some people, and that's what they want from Ayu. They're not necessarily anything new or anything but they make me ~feel~ if that makes sense. I also think these sorts of songs that are upbeat yet emotional tend to be the songs that fans tend to call "boring".

we all have to admit that Beautiful Day is not a very a very spectacular song.. it doesnt really have the wow factor but i dont mind the song. its a simple n sweet song!

lol this was the first song by Ayu I didn't like. For me, it's the chorus. The chorus is like nails on a chalkboard.

I tend to listen to 'Beautiful day' when my mood is dramatically down and I need something to put a smile on my face and just think about what life really has to offer.
