As Avex did so many times before (and that was partly why I got "turned off") - please wait for yet another product such as "complete concerts" bluray box- which will contain the stuff that everyone already has - plus one or two of the concerts that you've mentioned there as well. I was right all the time about previous releases and by now I am absolutely sure that those blurays will be available ONLY in the 'box', which - of course - will cost a ridiculous amount of money.
I do have all early concerts on VHS and VCD and completely refuse to buy re-issues, first on DVD, and now on bluray...

Since you're referring to the concert, I don't think there's any occasion where they deliberately re release old concerts. All the vhs and dvd were released during the same dates except a few which were 2 mths apart (vcd are OS versions of VHS).
Note that the complete live boxset were actually released, the same day as the individual DVD release date. They did re release some of the older concerts in DVD but mostly were sold out and the price is lower than the usual due to the lack of inlet booklet. As for blu ray, it's a new format and I think there's a demand for it. Though I'm still wondering if they're going to release the A 3D2 concert =(
