This is how I enter when I place my very first TA order, I actually re-typed the numbers and removed "転送コム" under the shipping address, then eventually they accepted it.
Customer Info Name：YEEALICE Address：120-0023 東京都 足立区千住曙町42-4TSxxxxxx転送コム • Shipping Address Name:YEEALICE Address:120-0023 東京都 足立区千住曙町42-4TSxxxxxx Basically I just tried anything and everything from re-typing / removing the space in between "4" and my Tenso number, until I finally got accepted, which was the removing of "転送コム" under the shipping address... I wish you good luck!
