It will be too late for the lotteries. AVEX missed all deadlines already.
They have to do 3 rounds with multiple lotteries - fc only, yahoo, LINE, official site, etc and then general sales start.

Could be they just need more time, maybe not enough have been pre ordered so they are pushing it, or maybe even they want to put in the christmas time, to increase sales, like it is pricey, but it makes a nice christmas gift also if they are doing a proper documentary, they can take a bit of time too

I wore a bright yellow shirt at CDL12-13 and they only had me on camera twice for a second each time in the encore. So if you see a big yellow blob in the audience during boys and girls, that's me.
