I think this CD cover is done by Leslie Kee, and I think they have this conversation while doing the photoshoot

First "Happening Here" is not recognised as a digital single of Ayu. It's simply a cover song that was the theme song for HOTEL Love Songs they wrote.

Second in comparisment to her (so far) only released digital single "Together When..." the single was followed with not only a cover photo, a instrumental track but also live tv performances to promote both the digital single and the new album GUILTY.

We had such a nice time. We started dating in t2m PV, took it slow you know, let our love grow. Then it got really serious in 2008. Then after AT2009 we moved in together. It was lovely. Then on AT2010 he asked me to marry him. He was such a sweet. And Ayu gave us our blessings. She was also such a sweet. Now me and Maro are such a sweets together. Aaaw, how time flies.

Is this really an official second digital single?? Together When... had a PV and an instrumental track, it really felt like a single. But this time everything has been so rushed

^ Did the tracklist get finalised though?

Since everything is backwards this time, I actually wouldn't be surprised if after the album comes out, she re-releases this single with another as a double-a side physical single. I don't think we can expect anything anymore xD
